The completed enrolment form and these terms and conditions form the contract between Freedom PT Ltd (trading as Freedom PT Training, hereafter referred to as FPTT) and you.

1. Bookings

1.1 FPTT reserves the right to refuse to accept admission to a course of any person at our discretion.
1.2 Applications made must be accompanied by a minimum payment of a non refundable deposit of 10% of the total course fees, unless the booking is made within 28 days of the start date in which case the full balance must be paid.
1.3 Where a deposit is paid with a booking the full balance must be paid not later than 28 days before the start date of the course applied for.
1.4 A full and complete enrolment form must be submitted to FPTT before any booking is confirmed.
1.5 Priority will be given to learners applying to complete the Freedom PT Diploma in Advanced Personal Training and as such any bookings for modular courses (level 2 certificate or level 3 certificate) will be placed on hold until the start date of the course. (See cancellations and changes by us at section 3).
1.6 Any application by you for a course that requires you to evidence a previous qualification must be accompanied by the evidence of the qualification at the point of booking.

2. Cancellations and changes by you

2.1 Cancellation of a course by you at any stage will result in FPTT retaining the 10% non-refundable deposit paid. FPTT will refund the course fees paid by you less the non refundable deposit paid if you cancel with at least 28 days notice.
2.2 Cancellation of a course by you within 28 days of the start date will result in FPTT retaining the full course fee paid. No refunds will be given.
2.3 If you wish to transfer to a different course date FPTT will do their best to accommodate this request, but in the event this is not possible you have the right to cancel the course booking. The above terms at 2.1 and 2.2 will apply in this instance.

3. Cancellations and changes by us

3.1 In the event that FPTT has to cancel or change the date of a scheduled course we will offer you an alternative course date. Any fees paid by you will be transferable to the new course date. FPTT do not take any responsibility for any costs incurred by you as a result of accepting the new course date. If the course date is not suitable for you and you wish to cancel your booking a full refund will be given by FPTT.

4. Course attendance

4.1 You are required to attend all scheduled course dates. Failure to attend less than 90% of the course will result in failure to achieve the qualification.
4.2 You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner throughout the course. You are responsible for ensuring you treat other learners, FPTT staff and Tonbridge School Staff in a respectful way. You must respect the premises and property of the learning environment. Any failure to adhere to what FPTT considers to be acceptable conduct will result in your removal from the course with no refund of fees paid. Future applications from you to FPTT courses will be accepted only at our discretion.
4.3 In the event of sickness, inclement weather or other reason you are required to contact FPTT as soon as possible to inform us of any non attendance for a course day. You are responsible for ensuring you undertake any additional learning at home to catch up with the learning missed on the absent day. Your tutor will advise you on this.
4.4 In the event of inclement weather, sickness or other reason that requires FPTT to cancel a course day we will make suitable arrangements for the course content to be covered during the remainder of the course.
4.5 You are responsible for your own learning and must ask your tutor for further clarification of any areas of the course that you do not fully understand. FPTT cannot be held responsible for any failure of assessment by you.
4.6 In the event of a failure of an assessment or exam you are entitled to free re-sits, to be arranged at a time convenient to FPTT. You may be charged £75 per re-sit for any re-sits outside of normal course hours. The course for which you are registered must be fully completed within two years of registration.
4.7 All course materials provided by and used by FPTT are for your personal use only and must not be reproduced.

5. Data protection

5.1 FPTT and Tonbridge School will use data collected from you only for the purposes of administering the course. We will not share this information with any third party other than the awarding body, Active IQ, for the purposes of registering you as a learner and issuing certification. 6. Freedom PT Training Referral Scheme

The Freedom PT Training referral scheme is only applicable for bookings for the Freedom PT Diploma in Advanced Personal Training or its component modules. There can only be one named referee per new booking. The referee must be on the FPTT approved referrer list.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 FPTT will not be in breach of this contract if failure to deliver or delays in delivery are caused by events outside our control.
7.2 FPTT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time and will notify you, in writing, of any changes giving a minimum of 28 days notice.
