Training Tip

For an intense, time effective session, use the following template for designing a circuit:

Group 1:

Upper Body Vertical Push–15reps

Legs–15reps

Upper Body Vertical Pull–15reps

CV option – 3mins – hard

Group 2:

Upper Body Horizontal Push-15reps

Legs–15 reps

Upper Body Horizontal Pull-15reps

CV option – 3mins – hard

 

Notes:

Complete Group 1 three times with no rest between exercises! You may rest for 2 minutes before repeating for Group 2.

Choose big ‘compound’ exercises to get the most from this workout. You can add smaller exercises at the end if desired.
